- We do not provide refunds if the product is in good condition, but was purchased by mistake.
- In the event that you indicated the wrong address, when we receive the parcel back to us, we will refund your funds minus transportation costs.
- In the event where the tracking number of your package does not move within 10 business days, you have the right to request a re-shipment.
For defective products:
If you received a defective or damaged product, you need to inform us within 3 days from the date you received it. As a confirmation, please photograph or video (depending on the situation). In this case, you have the right to a replacement.
If, upon receipt of the parcel, you find physical defects, we advise you not to accept the parcel! In this case, the parcel will return to us and you will receive refund, or we will ship a replacement to you (at your request).
Buying a product on our website you get a 30 day warranty (90 days for Club Members). Warranty is effective upon receipt of this product. Excluding Products: Disposable Bars, Coils & Pods, E-juice.
